AJUSTABLE CHOKE VALVE

Adjustable Choke Valve is often used as a component of wellhead and Christmas tree assemblies, choke manifolds, in-line heaters, desanders and other oilfield equipment. There are two types of commonly used choke valves, adjustable choke valve and positive (bean) choke valves.

BALL TYPE
برای قیمت تماس بگیریدA ball check valve functions by means of a ball that moves up and down inside the valve. The seat is machined to fit the ball, and the chamber is conically shaped to guide the ball into the seat to seal and stop a reverse flow.
If the pump capacity is not sufficient it is possible to choose a lighter ball, and if water hammer occurs when the pump stops, it may be solved by selecting a heavier ball.
The purpose of using a ball check valve is to prevent backflow in a pipeline system and ball check valves are often placed on the outlet side of a pump to protect the pump. Ball check valves are commonly used in wastewater applications as well as in fire protection and irrigation systems.
Ball check valves are often preferred for use in pumping stations that are rarely attended, since they demand only limited maintenance, typically if the ball makes noise caused by insufficient pump capacity or water hammer.
BALL VALVE

The minimum temperature of cryogenic ball valve is -196°C.
The maximum temperature of high temperature ball valve is +450°C for TCC (Tungsten Carbide Coating) and +650°C for CCC (Chromium Carbine Coating).
BALL VALVE

The seats are spring energized, to allow tightness at low pressure, while at high pressure, the seats are energized by the pressure itself. Body construction is three pieces, bolted joint, made by forging, forged or rolled bar.
CHECK VALVE
برای قیمت تماس بگیریدThe API 6A check valve incorporates a metal-to-metal seal for high pressure, high-temperature environments where elastomer seals cannot be used. Primary applications for the check valve are high-pressure mud choke manifolds and high pressure Christmas tree injection and kill lines. The MS Check Valve can be used with oil, gas, water, or drilling fluids and are available in all temperature and material classes as well as product specification levels (PSL) as specified in API 6A. It is available in standard pressure ratings from 3,000 to 20,000 psi and bore sizes from 1-13/16 to 7- 1/16 in.
CONCENTRIC TYPE

The concentric center line butterfly valves have a simple structure, can be easy manufactured. The rubber lined concentric butterfly valve that is the most common type in this category.
The disadvantage of the concentric butterfly valve is that due to the disc and seat is always in the squeeze, their scratch stated and resistance lead to fast wear. A concentric rubber lined butterfly valve relies on an interference fit between the valve disc and liner.
Because the old types of sealing materials are restricted to be used at higher temperatures, traditionally people think concentric butterfly valves can’t be used in high temperatures.
However the concentric butterfly valves to ensure good sealing performance, the seat is basically made of high temperature material such as rubber or Teflon.
CONTROL CHOKE VALVE

The valve is designed to reduce the flow rate by creating a restriction in the pipeline, which can be adjusted to achieve the desired flow rate.
DBB

A bleeder is added between the two balls of the valve.
This system is equivalent to a Double Isolation Bleed (DIB) single ball valve.
DBB PLUG
برای قیمت تماس بگیریدWith the need for verifiable and maintainable shut off in safety critical applications, double block and bleed valves have commonly been used for primary and secondary tight shut off, in an attempt to provide and ensure system integrity. Historically, system integrity would be achieved through the use of two individual isolation valves, a spool piece and a bleed valve that had the disadvantage of extensive cost and weight and also increased the risk of emissions due to multiple flanged faces. Consequently, integral DB&B valves are now widely used.
These valves have a single or side entry body design with dual Plug valves with a bleed valve installed between the two main line valves. These valves are available bi-directional in metal seated and soft seated style, in bubble tight shut off. Sometimes called twin valves, DB&B valves are available in Plug up to 600mm NB in ANSI 150 to 2500 class. These DB&B design valves replace existing traditional techniques employed by pipeline engineers to generate a double block and bleed configuration in the pipeline.
